Tallum helmet

hey guys.
I need talllum helmet to complete my tallum heavy set. right now, im using a d grad helmet i bought in giran shop cuz that seems to be the best helmet i can get my hands on right now lol.
I tried to buy one, but each tallum helmet seems to cost around 150 mil these days, and theres no way i can afford that right now.
I have enough parts to craft as well, so if anyone can sell me or help me get a recipe, i would appreciate that.
according to pmfun, tallum helm rec can be spoiled from alpen buffalo lvl 67. but if im correct, alpen buffalos change when u feed them food. and each buffalo has different drops, and i cant figure out which lvl of the buffalo spoils the rec.

all i have is just a he 70 and bd 57. but if there is smth that i can do to help, im willing to f.e if u find the place and mobs(they r things that i dunno yet very well,im kinda new) i can come with u hunting and spoil if u find. If u guide me i believe i can do anything with lil help

and if i do decide to buy one, how much should i spend on it? does anyone have a good idea of the market price these days?
