2nnndd - Tallum Plate Armor recipe!!!

Hi guys... like the topic's name, I need a tallum Plate Armor and the Parts too... im lvl 57 so I cant spoil the parts very well :S I have gathered all the items!! I need only 34 SOP and 10 Asofes to have all the mats!!! I need help in GC quest to gain the recipe and a donation of the parts!!!
